My Approach to Helping

I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-judgment, relationship challenges, compulsive behaviors, eating issues, and feeling lost or disconnected from a sense of self. You don't have to do this alone.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I work integratively, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.
