Over the past 9 years of clinical, graduate-level, and pre-clinical professional experience, I've developed specializations in evaluating sleep issues, ADHD, Anxiety attacks and panic attacks, signs of Depression, and High-Stress lifestyles. My approach combines awareness and compassion techniques from Buddhist Psychology, and the holistic Humanistic modalities of Gestalt education, with Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)*, Narrative Therapy (word choice, beliefs, journaling), and with resources from the natural world (aka being outside when you can) to provide people with a breadth of choices on how to seek and reach wellness in their lives.
