OCD-
Are you always concerned about contamination? Do you experience nonstop worries about hurting others, yet people around you say you’ve never hurt or abused anyone? Does your brain tell you that you have to check and recheck the locks or the stove multiple times? Do these behaviors take lots of energy and time out of your day?
