It is essential for me to understand your perspective since the way we perceive situations influences our emotions and behaviors. I will help you come up with a game plan at the end of each session to help address whatever may be troubling or motivating you at the moment. For over ten years, I have worked as an individual, couples and group therapist. Over these years, clients have described me as genuine, non-judgmental, easy to talk to and effective. My experience in various treatment settings includes helping others through anxiety, depression, relationships, parenthood, anger, sleep and stress. Every person’s journey through life is unique; therefore, I tailor each session to the specific needs of the individual.
