My Approach to Helping
I provide individual counseling that focuses on an understanding of life choices through exploring core beliefs, personal values, and emotional experiences. Together we will explore the benefit of coping skills that will help better regulate emotions to create a more vibrant emotional experience.
I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University in 2017 and my clinical license and supervisory credential in 2019. I have received additional training in the treatment of trauma, addictions, and relationships. I am passionately driven to collaborate with my clients in order to help them achieve their goals and to develop more fulfilling relationships.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
The purpose of counseling is to create a happier more fulfilling life. I will assist in helping you identify and find what is missing from your life and the best way to integrate that missing piece. It is my experience that most issues come back to relationships and self-worth, and I seek to understand my clients attachment styles and histories to identify new ways of interacting with others.
