My Approach to Helping
Many people seek out therapy because of stress, feelings of sadness, relationship problems or just some aspect of their life is becoming a challenge to navigate. I am a trained Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience who approaches each client as an individual offering an empathetic and supportive perspective to help clients develop positive coping skills to sort through these challenges. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults providing a supportive environment to help promote mental health.
My clinical focus is in anxiety and depression, loss and grief, behavioral issues, relationship problems, anger management and dually diagnosed and chemically dependent individuals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness and a strengths based approach to help clients reach their full potential.
