I work together with my clients to attain their therapeutic goals. A customized plan will be developed using flexible techniques that may include traditional therapy, regression, education, play therapy, homework assignment, etc.

I have extensive counseling experience with adolescents and adults; survivors of physical, sexual and emotional abuse; bereavement and in other mental health areas.
