My Therapy Focus
As a therapist, I am an active therapist and make it my goal to help my clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. I offer a safe, enriching environment in which my clients can receive therapy, so that they can achieve growth and wellness through mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, meditation, self expressive, meditation, organizational skills and other strengths based treatment. I am specialized with ADHD and Women's health issues.
