My Approach to Helping

*Currently not taking new clients until January 2020*
Have you been feeling like you are going around in circles or feeling stuck? I have always felt that people's stories are an important part of who they are as a person. At times, our story has taken us to places that perhaps have not been the best or most helpful or healthy for us at any age. I believe that telling the story allows us to let go what is not helpful but also allow growth as a person, family or couple. What we can learn from ourselves is one of our most important strengths and we can build from this to be stronger and healthier people.

I do believe in the efficacy of integration and the power of the mind-body connection. I believe in the power of the human spirit and I believe that you at any age, whether you are a child, teen, adult, family or couple can make the changes necessary to live your best life. I believe that our thoughts deeply impact our health and healing. I believe in the power of positive relationships and that together we work better than alone. I believe that we can all touch the deepest and most painful parts of our being and do so with courage and resilience. I believe that we are able to transform our pain and suffering and create a more loving and compassionate life.

As a therapist and coach, I make it my goal to help my clients achieve meaningful, lasting change. I offer a safe, enriching environment in which my clients can receive therapy and health coaching so that they can achieve growth and wellness.
