As a social worker, I am dedicated to helping and working with children, teens, and adults who are ready to deal with their mental health and who are interested in making the changes necessary to their lives at a pace that is comfortable for them. I believe that mental health is as important as physical health. I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have spent the last 10 years of my career working with adolescents and feel confident in my abilities to create relationships with them. I have experience working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, transitions, and who are interested in developing better coping skills. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and am committed to a bicultural approach. I look forward to hearing from and working with you.
