My Approach to Helping

I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, perfectionism, and low self-esteem, among others. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based techniques. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. Whether you're facing a major life transition or simply want to better understand yourself, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. I integrate attachment theory, EMDR, psychodynamic insight, and emotion-focused techniques to help clients explore the roots of their struggles, process unresolved trauma, and build more fulfilling relationships—with themselves and others.

Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship issues, childhood wounds, or overwhelming emotions, I offer a warm and collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome. I use an attachment lens to understand how early experiences shape current patterns, EMDR to target and reprocess painful memories, psychodynamic exploration to uncover unconscious dynamics, and emotion-focused work to deepen emotional awareness and resilience.

My goal is to help you feel more connected, empowered, and alive—so you can move through the world with greater ease and authenticity.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

It?s completely normal to feel uncertain or even nervous about starting therapy. Opening up to someone new?especially about things that feel vulnerable or confusing?can feel like a big step. You don?t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Part of my job is to help guide the process and create a space that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

Therapy isn?t about being judged or ?fixed??it?s about exploring what matters to you, at your own pace, with someone who?s trained to listen with care and curiosity. We can take things slowly, focus on what feels most important to you, and adjust as we go. There?s no one right way to do therapy?what matters most is that you feel heard, respected, and safe.

If you have questions or concerns, we can talk about them openly. Feeling unsure is part of the process?and it?s also a sign that you?re taking your mental health seriously.
