My Approach to Helping
If our greatest strengths are our greatest weaknesses, what are yours? Sometimes we develop skills to survive, but those same skills can get in our way to thrive. The challenge shows up for my clients in their relationships, self-esteem, emotions, and substance use. Do you have a reoccurring conflict with your partner? Have a vicious self-critic?
