I believe in a collaborative approach to helping clients. As they tell their story I join with them to find their strengths and with those strengths develop healthy coping skills. I provide a confidential and supportive space for people to grow and to heal. Each of us has a life story to tell with trials and challenges as well as hopes and dreams and I like listening to the stories. I practice brief solution focused techniques to help in keeping therapy a short term process.

I have over 15 years experience working with individuals, adolescents and families. Through practical feed-back, problem solving, and coping skills, I provide help for those with issues such as: self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, divorce, life transitions,communication, and grief and loss. My practice is conveniently located in Westerville where I see clients from the area as well as New Albany, Worthington, and Delaware.
