Greetings. I am a high-energy, compassionate behavioral health professional with four decades of experience. I have a masters degree in clinical social work, doctorates in humanistic science, energy healing, and am a certified holistic life coach. I am also a self-published author of two books. Miraculous Creating discusses principles and practices necessary to use the power of intention to manifest miracles. Happy New You…! involves principles and practices I employ to assist clients to achieve their life vision and desired goals.
My approach is eclectic, utilizing numerous evidence-based strategies along with a firm application of the creative process necessary to navigate the change process. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, stage of life challenges, and spiritual issues.
My belief is that a client can successfully understand, navigate, and overcome life challenges and transform them into opportunities to fully embrace the life experience with the right tools.
