My Approach to Helping
Your head is either too full or blank, you find your inner dialogue, and feelings getting in your way. Maybe you've tried to 'box them up,' 'push through it,' or drink or smoke to distance yourself from what bothers you. Your old ways of coping aren't enough anymore. Wanting guidance, support, and someone supporting you in seeking your own independence. We will work together to process the past, and explore new ways of managing life's ups and downs that works for you.
We will work together to create a safe and comfortable place for you to address what brought you to therapy, no matter the topic, no matter your lifestyle.
I offer you the support and understanding to be better able to understand and cope with the experiences that have brought you to therapy.
