You are in the right place. I specialize in various types of anxiety, including health anxiety, performance anxiety, panic attacks, and social anxiety. I know how distracting and overwhelming anxiety can be, and the impact it might have on your professional and personal life. Through utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities - such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) - I help clients discover tailor-made ways to not only manage their various anxieties, particularly health anxiety and panic attacks, but to improve their overall level of functioning.
Each person is unique, and each story is unique, as such there is no “magic” solution for everyone. Having said that, I often take an integrative approach, utilizing elements from different modalities, which best serve your needs. Through our work together, you will acquire tools and knowledge to build greater self-awareness, reduce your level of anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.
I am focused on helping clients who have gone through a series of traumatic events. I utilize EMDR therapy to help clients reduce their negative symptoms and find their calm place inside of themselves.
