Drawing on this experience, I am currently serving as a private practitioner, helping clients gain stability in their lives by better managing life's challenges, thereby creating the ability to identify distorted thinking and beliefs. I am available for in office sessions and video conferencing.
I utilize a variety of cognitive and behavioral interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral TherapyRational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and SMART Recovery System.
