What's My Approach to Therapy?
Life is a journey, and sometimes, we all need a little help finding our way. My passion is guiding individuals who feel stuck, helping them recognize their inner strengths, and showing them how to harness those strengths to overcome obstacles and reach their fullest potential.
In session, Norman assesses and addresses the entire family history, the sum of its parts, and not simply the individuals that comprise it. By using Family Systems Theory, Norman is able to help the Client have a deeper awareness of their personal conflicts, how to resolve them, and live a more fulfilling life.
