My Approach to Helping

***Currently accepting new clients with evening & weekend availability, in-person or online.***

I believe therapy can be a beneficial tool to assist those who are hurting, dissatisfied, or filled with uncertainty. Sometimes we find ourselves struggling in our relationships. We may have persistent sadness or worries that get in the way of life or losses that are too difficult to process on our own. Perhaps your life has just gotten a little off track. There are many reasons to seek therapy. Do you want to learn and try new coping skills, improve a relationship, or want help working through a problem in your life? I can help.

I have twenty years of experience as a clinician. My work is informed by a variety of different clinical experiences, continued education, participation in research, and time spent as a leader in the field. I work with people from a wellness perspective and will work with you to develop treatment goals to guide our process.

I started NGU Wellness because I envision a world where all people can experience healing and transformation with the right help and support. If you feel you need healing or are searching for a way to improve your life or enhance your overall wellness, call and set up an appointment with me today.

More Info About My Practice

We offer in-person or online therapy and our office is centrally located, within a 20-minute drive of almost anywhere in or around Dayton.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I became a therapist because I have a strong desire to learn about our relationships with others and ourselves and I want to use my knowledge to help others experience wellness.

I have had tremendous success working with people that have depression, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting, grief, and addictions.

Together, we will work on areas of your life you want to improve, while building on and feeling good about the progress you have already made throughout your life. I want to work with you to improve your overall health and wellness in any or all areas of your life so you can be your best self.
