My Approach to Helping
My most crucial long-term relationship has been with the great outdoors; my first therapist was Mother Nature. I have used my time in this mighty space to align the things that make my heartbeat: people, nature, and the power of self-development. The outdoors is a powerful resource in helping us feel grounded and at peace, immersed in all Mother Nature offers. My approach is holistic, mindful-based, somatic, and person-centered. My goal for people is to feel good in their skin and reach their true potential of self. I am passionate about working with individuals who feel stuck by the overpowering impact of trauma, PTSD, and early childhood relational wounding. In my work with clients, I encompass a mindfulness lens, somatic work, internal family systems, natural components, and the power we all have to heal ourselves. It would be a privilege for me to witness and facilitate your journey to finding yourself. I welcome all people and identities into this space.
