My Approach to Helping

You wake up feeling overwhelmed, lost, and stuck. Thoughts of being unworthy and unlovable race through your mind. Distracting yourself with alcohol, exercise, and your friends’ problems doesn’t last long. Even while pushing your pain to the back of your mind, you know your past is still holding you back. You feel completely trapped. Painful memories and old patterns stop you from loving yourself. When you look around, it feels as though everyone is judging you. You are searching for something else, something more – anything to get you out of this hole. If only someone could see your pain. If only you didn’t have to face it alone.

In our work together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back so you can get the upper hand on your depression and anxiety. I can help you conquer the paralysis and lift the crushing weight of old trauma. My process dives into how your body and mind trap you in downward spirals. I will create a space where you are genuinely seen and heard. Together, we will walk through your pain safely, so you can experience relief.

You are resilient. It is through this resilience that I work to empower you. The next time that overwhelming, anxious feeling starts creeping in, you will face it with strength and confidence. It doesn’t stand a chance. Call me now to set up a free 30-minute (in-person or phone) consultation.
