Life has gotten more stressfull. Worries about health, the economy, and how to navigate this new world we are living in start to pile up. Most people who call to make their first appointment have been considering going to therapy for a long time. Sometime we can't solve all our problems on our own. That's ok! Having an experienced therapist can help you tackle problems more quickly and make long term changes. Hans is an expert who's been down this road before. Don't keep struggling alone. I am not the perfect therapist for everyone. Our Free Phone Consult will give us both time to ask some questions. Later, during our first session session, we will discuss your history, talk about what's challenging right now, and identify your goals. I will explain what the process will look like moving forward. You don't have to know what to say at first and usually we don't have enough time to get to everything in the first hour. Therapy is an investment in your long-term well being. Most people benefit from therapy in 8-12 sessions. However, usually these changes are long term. Changes you make now can effect the rest of your life for the better!
