My Approach to Helping
Hello and welcome! You have taken the first step, which is quite often the most difficult; you are exploring therapists and reaching out. Finding the right therapist can be very overwhelming, especially during what is likely a stressful time in your life. My approach to therapy is warm and welcoming. I believe that work can be done only when there is a mutually respectful relationship and safe space for my clients, which is exactly what I strive to achieve. No matter how anxious or stressed you may feel, we will work through it together.
No two clients are the same, therefore my treatment approach is never the same. My philosophy for psychotherapy stems from several different theories, tailoring each client's treatment plan to their specific needs and goals. I specialize in dealing with anxiety, life challenges, relationship struggles, and more.
