My Approach to Helping
Life Transitions can be stressful and refinding your balance in this can create a buildup of anxiety, depression, and overall fear. As your therapist, I will support you with a feeling of complete warmth, and serenity. You will be nurtured in a sacred space of unconditional love and acceptance as you discover who you are through these new stages. We will work on shedding the layers that no longer serve you working to heal the deepest core and begin to shift out of your old shell and step into your truest self as I guide you through this next transition. The self underneath all those layers of judgment, oppression, and years of stories that are not rooted in truth. I will empower you to seek self-love and self-compassion, and honor yourself and your needs in this journey, removing the self-doubt, and anxieties as a woman in this new stage of your life. I will share tools to deal with the struggles that come up in your daily life, uplift you when you feel lost, and encourage you to find your inner strength. Together we will build insight, make choices from a space of love and clarity, and understand more clearly who you are and how to create balance and joy in this new stage of your life.
