What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am EMDR trained. I help those who have experienced trauma heal from the event and grow from it too. I love working with teens, adults, and couples. Our therapeutic relationship is the most important thing to me to help clients learn to trust. I also have worked with individuals who need support going through life's changes and transitions.
