My approach is grounded in the belief that each person is worthy of happiness and unconditional love, no matter what they have experienced in life. I will assist you in finding self-acceptance/understanding within your true being. I want you to know that it is okay to have sadness, anxiety, and pain, as well as to fear the present moment and upcoming future. We will work together in shifting any negative beliefs/energies you might hold within your body, and surround them with love and acceptance. Through our transformation together, you will no longer need to fear your shadow. I welcome you to rediscover yourself in a new light and to begin your journey of healing. My therapeutic style is based on mind/body/soul connection. I specialize in Emotional Freedom Techniques (Level 1 Certified), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction therapy, DBT, CBT (trauma-focused), Positive Psychology, Expressive Art Therapy techniques, Person-Centered Therapy, Intuitive Guidance, Energy Therapy Techniques, and Holistic Healing.
