My Approach to Helping
Recognizing that you need help is an incredible first step in the process of recovery. If you are willing to put in the emotional work, challenge unhealthy thoughts, and behaviors you will see progress in therapy.
I specialize in working with clients that struggle with anxiety, OCD, panic, grief, and/or trauma. I am also trained in an evidenced based trauma therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Populations I have helped in the past have been adults both young to geriatrics, teens, LGBTQIA community, and families.
I approach therapy from a client centered perspective. I try to create a formative environment for clients to explore and expand on their own personal strengths.
