My Approach to Helping

Is your mental chatter so consumed with excessive worrying and negative thoughts that you find you can no longer experience joy like you once used to? Are you easily fatigued and worried about losing those closest to you? Are you having difficulties making decisions and longing for clarity? If so, you aren’t alone. Many of the clients I see come to me with these presenting issues. I help them by empowering them and giving them the specific tools needed to face their difficult situations. My clients gain self-awareness and understand themselves better in ways no one has ever taught them.

Specific issues I am skilled at helping with

Many of the clients I help come with presenting issues associated with Anxiety and Depression. I help the indecisive make decisions.
