I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space that suits your schedule. Helping people be more connected is my passion. It might mean learning to set boundaries, working through a loss or life transition, or focusing on becoming the person you aspire to be.

More Info About My Practice

Sometimes we feel overwhelmed with stressors of life or find ourselves disconnected from our feelings. We struggle with self-esteem and are not sure how to become the person we want to be. At times we might feel like giving up on ourselves and our relationships. Pushing away your needs and not addressing your sense of self-respect can lead to long-term negative feelings such as anxiety, anger, or guilt.
