What's My Approach to Therapy?
We often come to therapy during times of rupture — depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, cultural disconnection, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. These symptoms are often only the surface of what’s really going on inside.
In those moments, we don’t need quick fixes. We need space — space to slow down, be seen, and gently reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have gone unattended for too long.
I draw from client-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner-child work, and cognitive-behavioral strategies, and aim to co-create a space that feels safe, affirming, and empowering. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and am especially passionate about supporting teens and women of colour who may be carrying self-doubt, perfectionism, or the weight of expectations. Together, we can work toward easing anxious thoughts, lifting the heaviness of depression, and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
To me, healing isn’t about changing who you are — it’s about building resilience, deepening self-understanding, and coming home to yourself.
Let’s begin this journey together.
