My Approach to Helping

I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your story. Are you feeling depressed, anxious, or burnt out? I will support you with empathy, active listening, non-judgement, acceptance, and compassion.

My therapeutic approach is person-centred and holistic to empower you to reach your goals by focusing on your needs and strengths. I use an integrative and inclusive process, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

My own struggles have made me a better therapist as I have experienced first hand how anxiety and depression can impact an individual. I have been to therapy myself and found it extremely helpful in exploring my thoughts and emotions.
