What's My Approach to Therapy?
Regardless of what brings you to therapy, whether it be feelings of stuckness, anxiety, loss, burnout, relationship challenges, or working through past trauma, I bring a warm, curious, and non-judgmental approach to our work together. I understand that each of us experiences the world based on our particular identity and life circumstances. My goal is to understand your unique experience of the world and create a space where you feel free to be your whole self as we explore what brings you to therapy.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and relational. We will explore patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior that may be contributing to your current difficulties. Our work together will always be individualized to suit your specific needs, and together, we will explore your inner world to foster deeper self-understanding and compassion.
My goal is to empower clients to create a life and relationships that feel more fulfilling, meaningful, and satisfying. Change can be difficult but extremely rewarding; you don't have to do it alone.
