My Approach to Helping
I am glad you found me, sometimes life and challenges we face are overwhelming. And you get to a place where you want to just give up. I am here to share some hope and come alongside you, often the hurt we experience comes from relationships, and the counseling relationship offers healing. As a helper and a skill builder we work together in a collaborative way to solve problems and to work on what is important to you.

My approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, and it's based on an attachment model. I am also a counselor who is curious about tools and technique and I seek to stay up-to-date on the most effective approaches using evidenced-based therapy.
