Amanda is a play therapist and counselor with Thrive Counseling Center, LLC where she offers individual, play, and group therapy for adolescentschildren, and support services for their families. Filial therapy and parent coaching are also provided for parents. Her clinical background includes self- awareness and acceptance based work with individuals experiencing familyrelationship issues, anxiety disorders, conflict resolution, depression, anger management, griefbereavement, stress management, self-esteem and empowerment issues, abuseneglect, divorce adjustment for children, trauma, social skills building, and parent skills coaching and building. Each one of Amanda's clients receives personalized care exclusively customized to their treatment goals, life situation, and culture. Her focus is on helping adolescents and children function more confidently and effectively while learning how to deal with the endless struggles of growing up. Amanda works under the strong belief that with motivation, empowerment and therapeutic awareness, every individual has the ability to not only heal and attain their goals but to truly thrive.
