My Approach to Helping
My name is Lindsay and my purpose is to provide guidance and support to those who have made the courageous decision to become a parent. Having a baby can be one of the most beautiful transitions in your life and at the same time be one of the toughest challenges you will face. As new parents, we experience a wide range of emotions. The good ones feel good. But what about the ones that leave us feeling bad? Everything from feelings of shame, guilt, and inadequacy to sleep deprivation and hormonal changes can turn this beautiful life transition into a state of isolation and loneliness.
Whether you are newly pregnant and wondering how to prepare or just had your baby and struggling with postpartum adjustment issues, I can help you navigate through this life transition in a warm and safe environment. My approach is person-centered and I believe that you are the expert on you. My job is to provide the space for you to process these big changes in your life and to provide you with the support and tools you need to navigate through it all. Your journey is unique and I hope you will allow me to be a part of it.
