My Approach to Helping
Each individual has strengths that can be used in treatment to achieve wellness and healing. You might just need a little help getting unstuck. I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples enhance their lives. My areas of interest include helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, school and career issues. I take a holistic approach to counseling that focuses on helping clients understand their areas of difficulty and achieving their goals through collaborative efforts. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to promote growth and development. Deciding to participate in counseling can be a difficult one. My goal is to empower you to make changes that would improve your life and gain greater insight and awareness.
