I find that people truly want to be heard and want to be involved in finding solutions to their issues. I also believe that each person has the strength and courage to make this journey. As a therapist, I believe my role is to encourage, support and help my clients find a more preferred future. I help clients explore new ways to address old problems and encourage them to take steps, even small ones, toward the life they have envisioned for themselves and their family. It is always an honor for me to be invited into the lives of my clients.
