My Approach to Helping
I meet with each client to discuss your concerns and work together to create a plan to address your needs. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help you meet your goals. I have over 10 years of experience helping adults and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, personality disorders, life stress (school, work, family, etc.), and transitional life issues such as divorce, changing career, starting a family and aging.
