My Approach to Helping
I am a person who shows up as my “real” self as a therapist. This means I communicate my thoughts with authenticity while remaining kind and professional. I am available to hear about the thoughts and feelings that you can’t or won’t share with your friends and family members. All feelings and thoughts are welcome, and that includes the ones you would rather not be feeling within yourself. My style of helping is one of guiding rather than directing. I will help you understand yourself and your history in ways that are immensely helpful for your moods, anxieties and your relationships. I am fortunate to have discovered my passion for helping people with their emotional suffering and I love being part of the journey from hardship to thriving!
