What's My Approach to Therapy?

Welcome! I work with college students and young adult women in their 20s and 30s who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, addiction, self-identity, and the challenges of school and career. I am also experienced in working with neurodivergent women, offering a patient, attuned, and deeply understanding approach. If you’re struggling with paralyzing anxiety, difficulty managing your emotions, career or academic pressure, ADD, perfectionism, low self-esteem, making friends, or feeling like your social life is out of control, you don’t have to face it alone—whatever you’re going through, I can help you.

I understand the realities of your world, from identity and relationships to digital life. You deserve to flourish in work, school, and relationships. Many young women today feel lost amid excessive stress and choice overload. I help young adults stay on track, manage their anxiety, and teach them how to gain emotional mastery over their lives.
I offer a loving, safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable opening up. I utilize trauma-informed somatic therapy and evidence-based positive psychology to treat depression, anxiety, panic, mood disorders, OCD, ADD, addiction, and SAD.

My Therapy Focus
