My Approach to Helping
I pride myself in showing up authentically. I would not expect you to be vulnerable to someone that feels intimidating. We have fun and work hard.
I am a proud Millenial and mom who enjoys laughing with friends, black coffee, and sharing human moments.
More Info About My Practice
My goal in becoming a psychotherapist was to help others to heal. My most rewarding work has been treating people who have big and small traumas.
Together we can achieve a sense of contentment, and satisfaction with life through healing and growth. No longer will you be a prisoner to excessive worry, the pressure to be perfect, only serve others, or feel like you aren’t good enough or worthy.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
I get it. I can recall driving to see my own therapist and dreading having to talk about myself for an hour to this very nice but strange woman. I found that after a few minutes her warmth always put me at ease. We were just two people talking. If you have fears this is normal, but I can assure you the awkwardness goes away quickly with a therapist that is a good fit for you. The ways therapy can change your life are absolutely worth the initial discomfort.
