My Approach to Helping
Counseling is to assist clients with ongoing problems, such as continued sadness or depression, or being overwhelmed and anxious. Additionally, I do couples counselingrelationship counseling. Whatever the reason, I can help a people deal with their feelings and resolve the problems causing emotional pain.

For this reason, you, as the expert in your life, and I as your counselor will work towards meeting your counseling goals in our sessions. Working with myself, as your counselor will assist you find your pathway to happiness in a collaborative non-judgmental setting.
