My Approach to Helping

It can be frustrating when we feel stuck, unhappy, or numb and want to make some changes in our lives. I specialize in: trauma recovery (PTSD), accident recovery (MVA), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, stress management, and self-improvement. I am certified in grief and loss recovery, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), radical exposure tapping, field traumatology, and compassion fatigue recovery.
