I am passionate about self-care - not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Working in the healthcare field for the past 11 years, and completing an internship at the Calgary Counselling Centre, have both offered me the privilege of supporting several diverse individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy “sitting in the moment” with people and working through their stories!
My work has focused on clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary setting issues, self-esteem, stress and burnout, spiritual issues, domestic violence, addictions, and dissociation.
