I believe you're a resilient person, who is taking steps to cope. I provide therapy from a strengths-based lens, meaning that I believe you have inherent skills that allowed you to come this far. Through effective therapeutic interventions, I will hear you and support you to become confident, solve problems, and feel hopeful about your present and future.
