My Approach to Helping

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and integrate mind, body and spirit. My practice continues to grow with talk therapy, strength-based therapy as well as mindfulness to help clients connect with themselves. My Role as a Therapist
I have a belief that we cannot truly move forward if we do not give attention and care to the pain of our past. This pain could have began in childhood and for others later in life. Using a holistic approach we will create healthier patterns and lessen the effects of trauma, anxiety, or depression. Through our work you can create a healthy and peaceful life filled with joy, passion, and purpose. We can navigate these times with a clearer, more focused mind. I strive to help you find a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, and your meaning of life. As a therapist, I believe in utilizing a holistic approach to healing by incorporating the body, mind, and spirit.
