What's My Approach to Therapy?

You may appear high-functioning on the outside while struggling internally with distraction, shame, self-criticism, or difficulty feeling fully authentic and confident. You might feel stuck in patterns that are hard to break, such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, rumination, or unwanted habits. Or you may be facing something more specific, like social anxiety, the challenges of adult ADHD, or unwanted porn use. You’re looking for meaningful and lasting change rather than surface-level coping, and you value depth, collaboration, and therapy that engages your inner resources to support genuine transformation.

Clinical Hypnosis, also called Hypnotherapy, is an evidence-based process that uses focused attention, relaxation, and guided experience to access deeper layers of the mind. In this gently altered state, the usual noise of self-criticism and overthinking quiets, creating space for clarity, emotional insight, and real change.

Clinical Hypnosis can be especially effective when traditional talk therapy has reached its limits. Rather than forcing change through effort alone, Hypnotherapy helps you access the creative, intuitive part of your mind where lasting change begins. It's about developing your ability to direct your attention, emotions, and agency.

My Practice & Services

My practice offers individual therapy and group therapy for adults seeking meaningful, lasting change. In addition to one-on-one work, I facilitate therapy groups, including a social anxiety group, which provides a supportive space to build confidence, gain perspective, and practice new ways of relating. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each person’s goals.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I specialize in working with adults around three core areas: Social Anxiety, Adult ADHD, and Unwanted Porn use. These concerns often involve deeply ingrained patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior that can be difficult to shift through insight alone. My work focuses on helping you understand what?s driving these patterns, develop greater self-regulation and confidence, and create meaningful change that feels authentic and sustainable. While each area is distinct, many clients find these challenges overlap, and our work is always tailored to your unique goals and experience.
