My passion is working with people who have stress, unresolved trauma, or grief that may be complicated by depression and anxiety and preventing them from getting what they want out of life. I help my clients find both tools for current relief and tools they can use going forward. And I help each person uncover their compassionate core self. My goal is to help each person feel better by finding their own path to their thriving life. While I see each of us as a unique individual with our own journey, I believe my experiences in my own therapy and in developing my own mindful practice help me relate to people I work with as fellow travelers. Within an Adlerian framework, I use EMDR, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness methods. I have practiced tai chi and yoga for several years and I have used each of the methods I practice in my own therapy.
