What's My Approach to Therapy?
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You set the goals, and we break them down into meaningful, manageable steps. I’m here to support you, challenge you when needed, and walk alongside you as you make lasting changes.
My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, meaning I tailor each session to meet you where you are. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused strategies, and—when it fits for you—spiritual exploration. These methods help you develop insight, regulate emotions, and take practical steps toward healing.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and begin to outline what healing and growth might look like for you. Your voice, your pace, and your values guide the work we do together.
My role is to create a space where you can explore your story without fear of judgment, and start rewriting the parts that no longer serve you.
My Practice & Services
Therapy That Honors Your Story
At Omni Mental Health, we believe healing starts by understanding the full picture, not just symptoms, but the relationships, experiences, and pressures that shape your life.
Our therapists in St. Paul, Blaine, and Rochester are more than listeners; they’re specialists, trained to help you uncover clarity, build resilience, and live more fully. We serve individuals, couples, families, teens, and children with care that’s trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and collaborative.
Whether you’re ready to start or simply curious, we’ll meet you where you are, with honesty, compassion, and respect.
