My Approach to Helping
There are times in life when the challenges you are facing pile up. You feel stuck and you don’t know how to get unstuck. The anxiety or sadness you feel becomes too much to manage on your own. Or perhaps, you are navigating a life transition; such as starting a new job, leaving home, becoming a parent or processing the impacts of a diagnosis such as ADHD andor Autism. Whatever specifically brings you here, I am so glad you are seeking support. I am passionate about providing collaborative, trauma-informed and relational therapy to teens, young adults, and adults.
My approach to therapy is both supportive and goal-oriented. There are parts of therapy that can be very practical such as discussing sleep, communication challenges and overall coping, while other parts of therapy can feel deeply complex as we dive into past or present relational challenges and identity questions. I am here to guide you through each step.
