My Approach to Helping
I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Gettysburg College. I interned and worked there at an abuse shelter for women and children. I wrote my capstone on the voices of children within abuse shelters and what we can do to provide for more support for them. To continue on my path to becoming a therapist, I earned my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU). I interned there as a high school Crisis Counselor. I also interned at a hospital, where I provided support to a plethora of patients and conducted Mental Status Exams on dementia patients.
Since graduating from FDU I have been a Program Therapist at Center for Discovery. I provide group, family, and individual therapy to men, women, and adolescents who suffer from eating disorders and other possible co-morbid disorders.

My approach to treatment is to ensure first and foremost that my clients are comfortable and safe within sessions. I like to maintain a strong and faithful therapeutic relationship to provide the utmost care.
